Wireless Propane Tank Monitoring
Wireless propane tank monitoring is available to both our residential and commercial propane customers.
The best candidates for wireless monitoring are customers with generators or other propane appliances whose usage varies widely and is hard to predict using standard methods.
Wireless tank monitoring typically uses a land-based phone line and consists of a transmitter connected to your propane tank and a small receiver connected to a phone jack inside your home. The system silently monitors your propane level and sends this data to Tevis Propane periodically. When your propane level drops to a predetermined level, a delivery request is made in our system.
